I am thinking of the new technology for artificial septic systems. An inexpensive housing unit for a small group of families could be clustered around one of these artificial septic systems could deal with its own waste. Add electricity, water and trash removal and there you go.

Temporary occupancy of travel trailers or recreational vehicles is permitted for the following purposes: 1. Travel trailers are not bad places to live if you are broke. The big problems are reasonable ways to get water and dispose of waste.
